Hello, I’ve heard that a good way to grow taller is to eat healthy nutrition. What foods are the best to eat to stay healthy
and grow more? Also, how much of each food is good to eat?

Drink lots of milk.Eat salmon from the can including the bones. Your height is dependent on your genetics.Vitamin C and Vitamin D container foods and fruits and vegetables also beneficial.

I think you are right at your point that height is dependent on genetics. And can get good nutrition from milk, green vegges, eggs, oats and vitamin c and d can be beneficial to people.

Healthy diet is so important for attaining maximum fitness. Veggies, fruits,whole grain, milk, cheese, are really affective foods for growth. They contain necessary nutrition. Don’t eat junk foods, they are not good for health.
